Mandrel Bending
Bendtech Industries has the largest tube and pipe bending tooling range in the country. Mandrel bending allows for precision cold bending while supporting the tube / pipe during the bending process.
We retain the material integrity during the bending process with use of wiper dies and mandrels, particularly in the case of tight bends or thin wall tubing, which avoids kinks, buckles or ripples.
Our significant mandrel and wiper die range allows our craftsmen to achieve high-quality smooth bends on every project. With our in-house tooling capabilities we are able to keep our inventory of wipers dies, mandrels and formers in excellent condition, which allows for tight tolerances and quality every time.
Empty Bends
Empty bends are the most affordable offering in the bending process, and are ideal for light gauge or large radius bend products.
